About
Real estate, the way it used to be, before it got corporate.
Harpine was founded on one idea: an agent who lives in your neighborhood fights harder for your sale than one who doesn't.

Story
Started at a kitchen table in 2016.
Elena Harlow and Micah Pine started this firm in 2016 after both spending years at national brokerages where clients were handed off to whichever agent had capacity that week. Harpine works differently. Every agent carries a small client list, specializes in two or three specific neighborhoods, and stays on your file from first showing to closing. No hand-offs, no junior agents you've never met. It's a smaller way to run a brokerage. We think it's also a better one.
Every Harpine agent works with fewer than 12 active clients at a time, so you're never a file number.
